Our story

SDH Pipefitters Ltd has been going since 2010. It was built the slow way — on word of mouth and the relationships we've kept with main contractors, not on marketing. That's how we've ended up delivering pipework packages nationally for some of the UK's biggest retail and leisure names, through the contractors who trust us on their sites.

The job's simple to say and harder to do: quality work, done when we said, with the paperwork in order. Do that often enough and the work keeps coming back. It has.

How we work

We work as a tier-2 subcontractor — in on main contractors' projects, fitting in with their teams and their programme, not making them chase us. A lot of our work is repeat work, and that's the bit we're proudest of: contractors take us back because we make their job easier, not harder.

No layers of management to get through, either. When you ring, you're talking to the people actually doing the work.

Everything a procurement team needs to sign us off — and RAMS and method statements provided as standard on every job.

Insurance: Public Liability and Employer's Liability cover in place.

Coverage

Based in West Yorkshire. Working nationally. Our yard's in Wakefield — but the vans go where the work is.
